# Choose the questions your team sees

> Admins pick the one-click suggestions under each Log or ask box in Settings → Assistant.

Under every **Log or ask** box is a row of suggestions: one click asks the question. Admins choose them in **Settings → Assistant**:

There's a list for the **Overview**, one for **account pages** and one for **Build**, up to eight each. Edit, reorder or remove them; leave a list empty to keep the built-in ones.

**Tip:** use the questions your team really asks every week, such as "What's at risk?" or "Which promises are due this week?".
