When you tell a client "we'll send it by Thursday", that's a promise. Write it in the **Log or ask** box on their account, and Strybai keeps it with a due date:

![A call with "send them a quote by Thursday" becomes a promise due Thursday](https://emlhikrempjmpigtxrjs.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/knowledge/39914ee4-c2ae-4a78-9377-957578a49b6c/09c6464b-6ec5-4f1a-b126-e78b656165fb-step4-1792972883634.png)

Later, ask what you've promised, and you get the open promises with their due dates:

**Tip:** "by Thursday" is the coming Thursday, "next Friday" is next week's. Every date shows its weekday, so you can check it before you save.
